My name is Helen and I qualified as a Reflexologist in March 2007. I trained through the Three Shires School of Reflexology www.reflexologynow.com where I gained my Practitioners Diploma with Distinction and ABC Level Three Diploma in Reflexology.
I am a member Professional Reflexologist www.reflexologynews.com, created by the Three Shires School of Reflexology. They are fully accredited by the ABC Exam Board. The body was set up to represent Reflexologists and also give the general public as much information about Reflexology including interesting articles, testimonials, ‘Find a Reflexologist’ and much more. The website is regularly updated with new information, it is well worth a look! I attend regular workshops and training sessions to keep my knowledge and technique skills up to speed. I am also a member of the Complementary Therapists Association www.complementary.assoc.org.uk.
I have a therapy room at my home, which has been refurbished offering a calm and peaceful environment for treatments. I also rent a therapy room for Reflexology on Saturdays at Neal’s Yard Remedies in Leamington Spa, where I am building up a regular client base.

I am very passionate about promoting well being and hope that through the benefits of Reflexology and pampering of a relaxing facial, it is a great way of looking after yourself or treating a loved one or a friend for any occasion!
